BILLBOARD!

Thanks to my intrepid photographer Yuko, I have proof! If you are in New York at this very moment, you can see this at 7th Avenue and 34th Street, near Penn Station. This is my first billboard, and let me tell you, it is magnificent.

Good to know that when I leave Grey's Papaya, get on the one train at 72nd and jump out at Penn Station, I will feel at home when I look up. I'm glowing, I'm beaming, I'm so proud. Is this 1,000 times better than hanging on the refrigerator?

j- I had to send them original art so they could drum scan it. So, I'm not sure exactly what the specs were for the final digital file.

a- no doubt.

cw- Who's refrigerator are we talking about?

That is great. Hope Carolyn and I get a chance to go up there and see it!

Dude! Stud points, agreed. I'll definitely be looking for it on ABC and pointing this out to friends.

How'd you land this account, anyway?

Sigh.

I've got some new stuff to post, guess I have to send this one down the thread. Next billboard: 2018.

Congrats, John, this is awesome. My only sadness is that I use to walk by that area several times each week before I moved out of the city. I wish I could see it. ~sigh~

My mom was so excited she offered to fly me up to NYC for a weekend to see it before it comes down.
I'll be there in a month... hope I'll get to see it in person.
