Paste Cover

Yes, more robots and general mayhem. Am I being typecast? Let me consider the content for a moment: Pulp cover featuring Bono fighting evil cyborg. As I suspected, assignments like this confirm why I love being an illustrator. Thanks to Jose Reyes and Josh Jackson. I think this is for the June issue.

Yes Yes! Emmylou fighting CalamityBot - breathtaking. This one's probably going to end up with a frame on our studio wall...

Absolutely amazing, John. Very nice work. I love all of the hand lettering too. Even a hand drawn logo! This will print really well on the nice cover stock Paste uses. Great work John, and I am liking the new blog.

Good grief man, this IS an amazing cover. Serious kudos to you Mister Hendrix!

Believe it or not, I was actually at this show. I'd always heard Bono was amazing live, but when that giant robot came out of the crowd...

JOM- Hi! Keep up the good work with those atomic scientists.
G- Yeah, i hadn't thought about how the paper stock will really add to this. How exciting!
L- This is really more a kind of visual journalism, in that regard.
