Why I love living in an old house

As I was fumbling around the basement, pretending to know what to do about my broken air conditioner, I saw the corner of this peeking out from the vent, resting comfortably for what must have been forty or fifty years.

    So when you call the 800 number, a voice says

    "Exciting local people want to talk to you now! Please call 1 800 313-2300"
