I am in the midst of finishing up the final art for my children's book, the boyhood story of Abe Lincoln falling in a creek. This is a shot of my desk with 5 images in progress. These are all done now and I have 6 left to go. I'll post a few soon.
I use acrylics for the very reason that tirzah needed spray fix. They don't move once they dry! Then I can layer the colors, kind of like glazing in oil paint.
Abe gots dirty feet!
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of acrylic vs. watercolor. The spray fix worked long enough to finish the job. Whew.

ReplyDeleteI learned my lesson but I really do love my watercolor crayons.
